If you book all ferries with us, we notify you of any changes and re-schedule seamlessly.

And if we've booked hotels en-route for you, we'll re-schedule those as well.

Booking Information
  • IMPORTANT: Ferry departure times can change from the published times, adverse weather can also affect sailing times. Check with the ferry company 24 hours before departure to check the sailing time, ferry company contact details are included with our final information.
  • On arrival at the port be sure to check in at the desk of the ferry company included on your ticket/voucher, refunds are not possible if you take the wrong ferry.
  • Foot passengers should report to the ferry check in desk at the port at least thirty minutes before the scheduled departure time.
  • Passengers traveling with a vehicle should check-in at least 1 hour before the scheduled departure time.
Discounts

These discounts relate only to Kos-Santorini ferry service:

  • Infant and child discounts apply and will be included in our quotation.
  • Discounts cannot be combined.
  • If other discounts apply they will be included in our quotation.
  • Proof of eligibility will be required for discounts to be applied, [Checked at the port].
Port Taxes
  • Included in the quoted price for departures from Turkey.
  • Included in the quoted price for day-return trips from Turkey to Greece.
  • Included in the quoted price for ferries within Greece.
  • If there are any changes to port taxes details will be included with our quotation.
  • Payable by children 0 to 5 years old [even if they travel free].
  • Payable by children 6 to 11 years old who receive discount.
  • Not included in the quoted price for international departures from Greece.
