Making a Reservation
To check availability and make a provisional reservation simply complete one of our customized inquiry form for the Ancona-Cesme route. As soon as we receive the completed form we will send you a quotation, our booking details and the payment options available. On receipt of payment using any of the options offered we will send you an e-ticket by email or fax together with the final details.

Finding the Port Office, Checking In and Boarding the Ferry
Location maps for the Italy-Turkey ports are available here: Ancona | Cesme. Checking-in information is included with our final details. After checking in at the ferry company's port office you will be information about where to go to complete customs formalities and await embarkation. Your passports will be collected as you board the ship and placed in a numbered pouch, you will be issued with a corresponding numbered slip which is required to redeem your passport at the end of the journey.

Meals and Drinks on Board
There is a table service restaurant and self-service cafeteria on board serving a selection of Turkish style meals. Breakfast is included in the ferry price and is served in the self service cafeteria.

Paying for Meals, Drinks and Shopping
All payments on board are made using the ships debit card system. Cards are available for any amount from the on-board change office which is located next to reception. The cost of each purchase is deducted from the card and the current balance amount is shown on the till receipt. Cards can be topped up or the balance redeemed at the change office.

Leaving the Ferry
Cesme: Customs formalities are conducted after disembarkation.
Ancona: Customs formalities are completed on board in rotation depending on your passport receipt number.
