    Answer: Either complete one of our customized inquiry-forms, available here, or call (+90) (0)252 313 0722 or fax (+90) (0)252 313 0723. As soon as we receive your details we will send you a quotation together with the booking details and the payment options available.

  2. How can I purchase the tickets that I booked on-line?
    Answer: We offer several payment options. On receipt of payment we send you a printable electronic ticket which will be exchanged for a Finance Ministry approved official ticket at the ferry check in reception desk.

    Answer: Yes, payment by credit card is one of the payment options included with our booking details.

  4. Are there other ways to pay other than by credit card?
    Answer: Yes we may also offer the option with our booking details to pay by bank transfer to our accounts in Turkey or by Western Union Money Transfer in either Euros, US Dollars, GBP Sterling, AU Dollars or Turkish Lira.

  5. Does it cost more to book through Aegean Ferry Services rather than direct with the ferry company?
    Answer: No, our prices are the same as those offered by the ferry company either direct or through their website. There are several advantages to booking with us including: more payment options and the opportunity to book and pay for all your other travel and accommodation services at the same time. Aegean Ferry Services is part of Aegean Tour Travel so all your reservations can be made through one company.

  6. Can I book a return trip?
    Answer: Yes you can book a return trip. The return trip discount is only available if it is purchased at the same time as the outward trip and when the outward and return ports are not changed. The return discount does not apply to two 'one-way' trips.

  7. What should I do if I need to change my reservation?
    Answer: You should contact our office, preferably the tourism advisor that made your original booking, here is no charge to amend bookings.

  8. When and how can I cancel my ticket?
    Answer: Tickets can be cancelled at any time up to 48 hours before the scheduled sailing time, just contact our office by email, telephone or fax. The full amount paid will be refunded less money transfer costs (if applicable) and an administration charge of 15YTL per ticket.

  10. How early should I arrive at the ferry terminal?
    Answer: Passenger and vehicle check-in is opened three hours before the scheduled sailing time so you can arrive early and take advantage of the many onboard amenities including, Cafe Terrace, Bar, Swimming Pool, Fitness Center and Kids Club. All passengers should be at the terminal at least one hour before the scheduled departure time. Passengers who have checked in are restricted from leaving the ship unless directed to do so by a member of the crew.

  11. Is the use of electronic devices such as cellular phones, portable computers, CD or cassette players, portable games allowed during the trip?
    Answer: Yes there is no restriction on the use of domestic electronic devices. If you need an internet connection please contact the reception desk.

    Answer: Provided they stay in the same cabin with a parent or guardian there is no charge for children up to and including the age of eleven. Children twelve or over pay the full adult fare.

    Answer: Children 16 years of age or older can travel on their own. Children under 16 years of age can only travel if accompanied by a parent or guardian.

    Answer: Yes, there is a vehicle valet service available for a nominal charge plus the normal vehicle fare.

    Answer: The swimming pool may not be available on early and late season sailings when the weather is cool or at other times if the weather precludes its use.
