There is a weekly DIRECT FERRY SERVICE between Italy and Turkey during the summer season.

It's also possible to travel between Italy and Turkey VIA GREECE on ferry services that operate between Italy-Greece, on the Greek domestic routes to the main Greek islands and Turkey. These ferries are more luxurious, offer daily services year round, are competitively priced and take no longer than the direct ferry service.

PLEASE NOTE:
The ferry boat was changed from MV Samsun to MV Scotia Prince at the beginning of the 2010 season. We are currently updating the ferryboat details as we receive them, in the meantime some of the facilities mentioned on our website may not be available. On the other hand other facilities may be available that are not mentioned.

There is only one vehicle/passenger ferry service that operates directly between Italy and Turkey.

This ferry service is between Ancona [Italy] and Cesme [Turkey] during the summer season only.

The ferry departs every Saturday from Ancona and every Thursday from Cesme, the journey takes two days.
